Description
Pencil on A4 size paper. About 1hour and a half, no photoreferences used (that's why I post this in hereCharacter design for a book, this is just a quick sketch, I didn't wanted it to look very realistic
What do you think?
Btw, I posted this so I can give +10 points again, cause I unpublished some works..

I've edited the picture and posted a new version.
I scanned it (older version) and also took a photo. The photo had better shading but it was out of focus, the scanned version bad shading... so I've blended the two of them with layers. I have also darkened the top of the coat and the hat, sharpened the hair a bit, and cleaned the bg.
I hope it looks better now, the older version can be seen in additional downloads.
Tell me which one you prefer, I feel it isn't very well focused!

you did good with using a real coat as ref, cloth
foldings are one of the most trickiest things to draw,
and they look good here!
I would soften the shadow on the left a bit more

Anyway, I really love the contrast of dark tones in this and light pasture of her skin. It really works well together
