wonderful details here, i'm still amazed at your skills i just wish you had paid as much attention to the rest of the body as you've done with the face. the hands in particular could use more definition. this being said, this is a fantastic drawing. keep posting here!

The anatomy on the chest and arms are really off. The fingers are too short and undefined. Actually, her right hand seems massive compared to her left fat hand. They don't seem delicate either, which I would expect from her posture and features. Her breasts also seem too low and her left arm is frighteningly thin.

Great face and hair. I love the composition and posture. +7/10

starqueen: thanks for the crit . I agree, the hands are really bad, I rushed them in the last minute . I'll try to correct the size of the left hand and give more definition to the right one. About the rest, I made no breasts as the figure is very skinny, and the arms are also very thin as in my other drawings (like in "Prisoners" : that's intentional, but I'll check it, probably it needs more work. Thanks!
KittyKat: yeah, I sharpened the scanned image... sorry it looked right in my computer Corrected it now, hope it looks better. I will post the photo refs for the face as soon as possible, I need to find them in the internet again.

I concur the critique on the proportions..
But I can't believe that pencil on paper, could highlight such detail on the hair. i know it can be done digitally, but this is phew... kudos to the artist...
(am a sucker for detail)... its a 9 for me....

Wow, I totally took it for a photo from the thumbnail. The hair in particular is gorgeous, as well as the skin texture and the little hairs on the upper part of her garment. You missed a few smudges here and there, there's a rather prominent one on the right side of the image by the upper part of the arm, and at the very top right by the hair. Might want to take care of those. :]

Youve returned with a dashing drawing ; the hair is extremely soft and life-like, the shading is wonderful ... I dont really see any faults except for the finger tips ...And theyre certainly incapable of casting any shadow on the rest of the figure ...

The issues with some anatomical aspects have already been mentioned...
I think you've overdrawn some parts, making it a big mass of grey.
It would be better to leave some parts white to give more volume and life.

That said, youve done an awesome job on the face and hair.

This one has great potential that just misses the bulz eye...but it's really close

I love the hair and the features of her face, and all though a few people have probably mentioned it but- the arm to me and kind of the chest although you can't make out much of it - due to the darkness which is great anyway but the chest and upper arm is alittle off but I wouldn't worry too much - it's not that big a deal as long as you had fun and are proud of your drawing I think is all that matters . But anyway I don't come on GFX much anymore I come in and out. And since everyone is saying welcome back I guess you left for a while yes?.. Well welcome back, love the drawing You're a brilliant artist .

It makes me want to pick up the old pencil and paper ='( lol.

I like your work, you've drawn the image well. After looking at some of the stuff in your gallery, why not give future referenced works some improv? I mean, give a twist to the image - for example, you referenced the face here, so what you could do to allow yourself more creative freedom, is perhaps tweak the eyes a bit, add some jewellery or scars etc. Just a suggestion, since I know a lot of people who can draw from reference really well

it's really wonderful and so realistic! I agree with vince on some parts being too grey...using an eraser to give highlights might be the solution (in future works)

I can't believe this is a drawing. It looks like a real picture and she's really beautiful.

The face is wonderful, eerily realistic and forever watching you. The hairstrands fall naturally and look very soft to the touch, the face is perfect, well done . . . .

The hands are a little stuby and slightly out of proportion compared to the upper half.

Keep at it, I'm amazed at your pencil technique, wish i could draw that good when I was 16!
